Our refund policy varies per service. These services include:

Each service has a dedicated refund policy, which can be found on its respective service page. Below is a summary of these policies. In the event of any contradiction between the service page, appended documentation, and this summary, the service page policy will take precedence.

Fixed Contracts:
a. Client Termination - Deposit: The deposit will be refunded in an amount equal to the deposit minus the logged hours on the project at our standard rates (if the logged hours don't exceed the deposit).
b. Client Termination - Additional Payments: Any payments made after the deposit (for project completion or additional hours for out-of-scope work) are non-refundable.
c. Agency Termination - Incomplete Project: In the extremely rare case where our agency terminates the contract and the project is incomplete, a full refund will be issued.
d. Agency Termination - Complete Project: In cases where the project is determined to be complete, any refunds will be evaluated based on the client's claim of incomplete work, as per the project proposal.

Plans:
a. Cancellation in First Week: A full refund will be provided minus any credits consumed and processing fees.
b. Cancellation After First Week: Non-refundable.

Consultations:
a. Cancellation more than 24 hours before: Full refund minus processing fees.
b. Cancellation within 24 hours before: 80% refund.
c. Rescheduling within 24 hours before: Coupon equivalent to an 80% discount for rebooking.

Templates:
Templates are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Any customization or assistance with template setup will come at an additional cost.

Apps:
a. Monthly Subscription: The current month's fee (at the moment of refund request) will be refunded.
b. Yearly Subscription: The current month's and all subsequent months' fees will be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
