Checkout digital products

Hi I stumbled across your youtube channel today because I am currently desperate with wix and would like to thank you in advance for your videos.

I have the following problem at the moment and unfortunately the wix support is not really helpful.

I have two types of products normal products like t-shirts etc. and digital products including digital content and digital services.

Within the EU, the problem is that a customer must actively agree to waive his right of withdrawal for digital content and services.

Now I would like to have these checkboxes in the checkout only for digital products and services but not for normal products. Unfortunately, Wix does not offer different checkout forms for Wix Shop, so the checkboxes would always be there regardless of whether it is a digital product or a normal product.

Now I wanted to solve the problem via wix price plans, so that I only offer digital content via price plans, but here is a new problem again, wix only offers a fixed tax rate here. This is a big problem in the EU because I have to calculate the taxes according to the country the customer comes from. I'm really desperate because I can't get my website online like this.

Also for future projects for which I would need the price plans, the whole thing is useless for me. And I'm annoyed that I bought wix premium for 2 years... if I had known that I couldn't sell in the EU at all with wix, I would have looked around for another provider... Now I hope to find a solution to my problem here and wanted to ask if there is a solution and if there is already a tutorial available? Thank you very much in advance.
